What footprint should a festival organiser reserve for one station?
A flat spot roughly 30 by 30 feet per station, with room for the crowd to walk through. Grass, asphalt or a parking deck all work. We need one outlet within reach for the music and the machines; we do not supply generators.
How many hosts travel to a thousand-person metro Atlanta event?
It depends on the hours and the layout more than the headcount, because a bubble station has no queue. Typically two or more hosts and multiple machines; we set the number once we see the site map.
Can a city book several Big Idea brands for the same day?

What happens when weather turns midway through a festival shift?
Light drizzle we work through; steady rain, lightning within 10 miles or high wind stops the station, because rain ends a bubble. For a rained-out booking we reschedule at no charge.
