What space does the station need at a Southwest Florida community event?
A flat area of about 30 by 30 feet per station, with room for the crowd to pass through. One outlet within reach for the music and the machines; we do not supply generators.
How do you decide how many hosts a Fort Myers festival gets?
From the hours and the site layout rather than a headcount ratio, because there is no queue to manage.
Can we book another Big Idea brand alongside bubbles?
Yes. Our Fort Myers operator can run more than one brand at the same event under a single vendor and contact.
What if rain or wind moves in during a community day?
Steady rain, lightning within 10 miles or high wind stops the station, because rain ends a bubble. A booking that cannot run reschedules at no charge.
