What we bring to a festival.

Festivals, community days and city events across Greater Jacksonville and the First Coast. Bubbles move a crowd continuously - no line, no allocated turns, no minimum age - which is what a community event needs and a ride cannot give it.

The brand has delivered at community festivals with thousands of attendees. We scale by adding hosts and machines, and handle setup, operation, cleanup and COI paperwork.

Multiple brands in our family can run the same event under one vendor and one contact.

"Big Idea Entertainment was absolutely amazing at our Family Fall Festival on October 4th! They brought incredible energy and kept the crowd engaged. The performer went above and beyond - putting on two fantastic shows that had both kids and adults smiling and laughing. It was such a fun and professional experience from start to finish. We can’t thank you enough for helping make our event such a success, and we can’t wait to work with Big Idea Entertainment again for future events!"

Frequently Asked Questions

How large an area should we mark out on the festival site plan?
About 30 by 30 feet per station, flat ground, room for the crowd to walk through. One outlet within reach for the music and the machines; we do not supply generators.
How is staffing decided for a large city event in Jacksonville?
By hours and site layout rather than a fixed guest ratio, because there is no queue. Typically two or more hosts and several machines.
Can bubbles be bundled with a second family brand at a Jacksonville festival?
Yes. Our Jacksonville operator runs more than one brand, so a city or a church festival can book two under one vendor and one contact.
What is the weather policy for outdoor community events?
Steady rain, lightning within 10 miles or high wind stops the station, because rain ends a bubble. A rained-out booking reschedules at no charge.
