What we bring to a company event.

Our Orlando operator has run Central Florida events since 2014, including community events with thousands of guests, and corporate family days sit naturally in that experience: an open crowd, a wide age range, no fixed start.

Bubbles need no queue and no waiver, which is what makes them work at a picnic rather than a party. We scale by adding hosts and machines. Setup, operation, cleanup and COI paperwork are ours.

Talk to our events team about hours, footprint and headcount.

"Big Idea Entertainment was absolutely amazing at our Family Fall Festival on October 4th! They brought incredible energy and kept the crowd engaged. The performer went above and beyond - putting on two fantastic shows that had both kids and adults smiling and laughing. It was such a fun and professional experience from start to finish. We can’t thank you enough for helping make our event such a success, and we can’t wait to work with Big Idea Entertainment again for future events!"

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do bubbles suit an Orlando company family day so well?
No line, no schedule, no age limit. Guests arrive when they arrive, from toddlers to grandparents, and every one of them can walk into the station without waiting for a turn.
Is there liability paperwork for corporate guests to sign?
None. There is no waiver and no age gate. The fluid is non-toxic and does not stain.
How large a crowd can an employee appreciation event bring?
Any size you tell us about in advance. Our Orlando operator has run community events with thousands of guests; we add hosts and machines to match the headcount.
Can our accounts payable team settle by invoice after the event?
Yes. We invoice on request, and a certificate naming your company or the venue is sent within one business day.
