What ground do you need at a waterfront or park festival?
A flat area of roughly 30 by 30 feet per station. Grass, pavers or asphalt are all fine. We need one outlet within reach for the music and the machines; we do not supply generators.
How many machines and hosts arrive for a large Tampa community day?
Set by the hours and the layout rather than a fixed ratio, since nobody queues. Two or more hosts and several machines is typical; we confirm from your site map.
Can multiple Big Idea brands run at one Tampa Bay event?

What happens if a storm rolls through mid-event?
